Norgard Farms. These grapes were picked, crushed and left to macerate on skins before being pressed and barreled down to a mix of neutral French oak, stainless steel barrels and concrete egg. Spending just over 11 months on lees, this wine is phenolic driven and has vibrant acidity and excellent structure, with notes of lanolin, lemon curd, and jasmine.
